Something inside me stirred,
As I admired her shadowy form
The beast inside me purred
Such sweet temptation I could not spurn
A pleasingly symmetrical face, illuminated by a single neon light;
And her cascading hair, a golden halo
Blue eyes, innocent and bright;
And cheeks burning with a rosy glow
Off my mind wandered,
A familiar fantasy playing on repeat
As I maundered
For my thirst, I had to meet
Her flesh paled
Limbs flailed,
And soon ceased to struggle
But what’s the fun in going into the night without a little tussle?
I know not what drew me to her
Was it the fire burning in here eyes?
The crude desire to snuff it out?
Or just the simple fact that she was alive
And the only one about
Whatever be the case
The deed is done and sealed
My work of art is one that can’t be erased
And my identity, never to be revealed.
Content, I leave my blood-stained canvas out to bask in glory
Content, I add another one to my story
Content, having marked my territory
Content, for I have escaped purgatory.
Amazing!!!
